Our Promise
We want every Bible Journey member to feel supported on their faith journey. If the app is not the right fit for you, we will make it right. We believe in a fair, hassle-free refund experience - no lengthy disputes, no run around.
1. Happiness Guarantee (Website Purchases)
If you purchased directly on our website and are not satisfied with Bible Journey for any reason, we offer a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in your subscription at the time you contact us.
How it works:
- Email us at support@biblejourney.co with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Tell us your order details and the reason (optional - we appreciate feedback but do not require it)
- We will calculate your refund based on unused days remaining in your current subscription period
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method
Example: If you are on a 4-week plan and contact us on day 10, you will receive a refund for the remaining 18 days of your subscription period.
There are no tricks. If you are unhappy, we want to know and we want to make it right.
2. Money-Back Guarantee (Website Purchases)
In addition to our Happiness Guarantee, if the money-back option was presented to you at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund provided that:
- You contact us at support@biblejourney.co within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period, AND
- You have followed your plan for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase (or 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days for weekly subscriptions)
We will review your application and notify you by email whether it is approved. Meeting all conditions above qualifies you for a complete refund under this guarantee.
3. App Store & Google Play Purchases
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google. We are unable to process these refunds on their behalf.
- Apple App Store: Submit a refund request via reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Request a refund via Google Play's support page
4. General Refund Rules
Outside of the Happiness Guarantee and Money-Back Guarantee described above, fees paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. This includes situations where you have simply changed your mind, no longer use the app, or feel the product did not meet personal expectations - though we strongly encourage you to contact us anyway, as we will always try to find a fair resolution.
5. Resident-Specific Rights
California and Connecticut residents: If you cancel within three business days of your purchase date, we will issue a full refund regardless of usage.
EU residents: As an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the agreement date, at no charge and without providing a reason. However, by proceeding with your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that this action waives your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the content is delivered. If the digital content is defective, your right to a refund remains unaffected.
6. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email support@biblejourney.co with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your name and the email used at purchase
- Let us know how many days you have been a member (optional but helpful)
- We will respond within 24 hours on business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days
That is it. No forms to fill out. No lengthy back-and-forth. We respect your time.
