Subscription terms

If you are unsure how to cancel a subscription or a trial, please visit the Apple support website, Google Play help (or any other app stores' support pages) or contact us directly at support@biblejourney.co. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions and trials. You may wish to take a screenshot of this information for your reference.


1. Trial

We may offer a free or a paid trial subscription for the Service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for your chosen subscription period.


2. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 3 months, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.


3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase upon confirmation. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method you provide.


4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked.

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal. You will retain full access to all subscription features for the remainder of your current billing period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

How to cancel:

- If you purchased via App Store: Cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Learn more on the Apple support page.

- If you purchased via Google Play: Cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Learn more on Google's support page.

- If you purchased on our website: Simply email us at support@biblejourney.co with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." We will process your cancellation within 24 hours and confirm via email. No forms, no phone calls, no questions asked. You can also include your request in any message to our support team and we will handle it immediately.

We are committed to making cancellation as easy as possible. If you have any trouble, we will personally assist you.


5. Refunds

- App Store purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via the Apple support page.

- Google Play purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google via the Google support page.

- Website purchases: Please refer to our Money-Back Guarantee policy. If you are within the guarantee period, email support@biblejourney.co and we will process your refund promptly.


6. Price Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes by posting updated prices in the app and/or notifying you by email. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
